Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stanza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of Stanza after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each user may create up to three profiles (personas) under a single account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all original poetry and content you submit to Stanza. By posting content, you grant Stanza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and in connection with marketing efforts. You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate this license (subject to reasonable caching periods).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Stanza to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. You may not attempt to interfere with the platform's operation, access other users' accounts without authorization, or use automated systems to scrape content. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your public content will be removed from the platform, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
Stanza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stanza and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Stanza in the twelve months preceding the claim.
