End User License Agreement (EULA)

Defined Terms
- App - The Stanza mobile and desktop applications and related client software.
- Services - Backend systems, APIs, features, and support functionality used by the app.
- User content - Content created or uploaded by users, including text, audio, and media.
- Policies - The Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and related legal documents referenced by this EULA.
Agreement to License Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Stanza applications, websites, and related services. By installing, accessing, or using Stanza, you agree to this EULA, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Stanza grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal and lawful purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, lease, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
You must meet the minimum age requirement shown in the app store listing and applicable law to use Stanza. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
User Content and Safety
Stanza has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content. We provide in-app tools to report content, block users, and hide content from your feed.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of this EULA, Terms, or Community Guidelines. We review reports and moderation signals and reserve the right to act to protect users and platform integrity.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Stanza a limited license to host and display your content for platform operation, as described in our Terms and Content Licensing policies.
Third-Party Services
Stanza may integrate third-party services (for example, authentication, analytics, storage, or media processing). Your use of those services may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Stanza is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stanza and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or services.
Termination
This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or Stanza. You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of this EULA or for safety, security, or legal reasons.
Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA periodically. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
