Beta License Agreement

Scope
This Beta License Agreement applies to any alpha, beta, preview, testflight, internal, or otherwise pre-release version of Stanza ("Beta Software").
Defined Terms
- Beta Software - Any pre-release version of Stanza features, clients, or services.
- Confidential information - Non-public product behavior, assets, roadmap details, and testing outputs shared in beta contexts.
- Feedback - Bug reports, suggestions, comments, and other input submitted by beta participants.
- Production service - The stable, general-availability version of Stanza outside beta programs.
Pre-Release Nature
Beta Software is experimental and may contain bugs, incomplete features, outages, security gaps, or data loss risks. The Beta Software is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Limited License
Stanza grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Beta Software for evaluation and testing purposes only.
Feedback License
If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or improvement ideas, you grant Stanza a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
Confidentiality
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, beta features, screenshots, internal tooling behavior, and unpublished roadmap details may be confidential. Do not publicly disclose confidential beta information without written permission.
Data and Stability
You should avoid storing irreplaceable content only in beta environments. We recommend maintaining backups of important drafts and media while using Beta Software.
No Service-Level Commitment
Stanza does not guarantee uptime, support response times, or production-grade reliability for Beta Software. Features may be changed or removed without notice.
Suspension and Revocation
We may suspend or revoke beta access at any time, with or without notice, including for policy violations, abuse, security concerns, or program changes.
Relationship to Other Policies
This agreement supplements our EULA, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If there is a conflict, this Beta License Agreement controls only for Beta Software usage.
