Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy outlines what is and is not allowed on Stanza. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not permitted on Stanza:

• Content that infringes copyright or intellectual property.
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or promotes violence.
• Sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Spam or commercial solicitation.
• Malware or malicious code.
• Content designed to harass, intimidate, or bully other users.

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are not permitted on Stanza:

• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data without permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Impersonating other users or Stanza staff.
• Manipulating engagement metrics (fake cheers, encores, follows).
• Circumventing bans or suspensions with new accounts.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform.

Rate Limits & Fair Use

Stanza enforces rate limits on API usage. Excessive automated requests may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. Severity depends on the nature and frequency of violations. Appeals can be submitted through the process described in our Community Guidelines.
